SRT (Slow Resistance Training) is the foundational training program used for the majority of XFormer, or other modern reformer, studios.  Once the 3-day training concludes, MRT steps in to offer individual mentorship, practice teaching sessions, then continuing education and advanced trainings.  We work very closely together with SRT and consider our offerings to be "the next step" as instructors and studios evolve!

Absolutely! We work closely with SRT and our Master Trainer can get you scheduled for your certification program.  Additionally, our mentorship program offers regular checkins and practice opportunities to help you gain confidence in your teaching.

Our consulting services provide expert feedback and strategies to improve class experience, instructor satisfaction, and ultimately client retention.

Absolutely! We encourage personalized sessions to help achieve proper form and alignment while working towards your individual goals. This is great for both clients and instructors wanting to feel the movements as they learn to effectively cue and teach them.
